Abstract

The modeling and analysis of the metal removal process at centrifugal-rotational processing of parts in an abrasive discrete medium are considered in this article. The interaction of a single abrasive particle with a flat surface of the part is considered. The relation between workpiece metal removal and parameters of contact interaction — pressure force, processing time, sliding speed — is researched.
