Abstract

Studying crystal growth kinetics by computer simulation gives the possibility of investigating directly the accepted physical model without any additional assumptions characteristic of the usual analytical theories. Previous work (1)–(5) has been mainly concerned with one-component systems. The aim of the present work is to construct a model of crystal growth from a binary melt.
