Abstract

AbstractComputer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT) and Information Systems (IS) students’ Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) and Knowledge Sharing Behavior (KSB), together with the Course Design Characteristics (CDCs) implemented in their programs, could act as drivers to facilitate the development of their Individual Innovative Behavior (IIB). A Structural Equation Model (SEM) was therefore constructed to establish the mediating effect of KSB on the individual and contextual antecedents for the development of these students’ IIB.KeywordsComputer science studentsIndividual innovative behaviorInformation technologyKnowledge sharing behaviorSelf-regulated learning
