Abstract

Reliable modal analysis testing results are closely related to precise acceleration and force raw data for magnitude and phase. For this reason, measurement uncertainty calculations are necessary based on a routine described in the ISO guideline “Expression of the Uncertainty of Measurement in Calibration” (ISO/BIPM „Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement“ 2008; Technische Regel ISO/IEC Guide 98-3:2008-09 Messunsicherheit – Teil 3: Leitfaden zur Angabe der Unsicherheit beim Messen; Guide of the Joint Committee for Guides in Metrology: JCGM 100:2008 Evaluation of measurement data — Guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement).
