Computer aided design of electronic circuits using single term Walsh series

Abstract

Abstract The state equation of circuits involving SCR and power diodes are difficult to solve us they are numerically stiff. The recently developed single term Walsh series method is applied in this paper to analyst: an inverter circuit. As this method gives piecewise constant solution or block pulse values, the temperature effect can be easily considered in the computer aided design of circuits involving silicon devices.
