Abstract

To solve the problem of sparse signal recovery when the sparsity is unknown, an improved smoothed L0 norm (SL0) sparse signal recovery algorithm is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the negative exponential function is proposed as the smoothed function to approach L0 norm, the optimal value of the smoothed function is solved by constructing the sequence of control parameters. Secondly, a comparison correction step is added to ensure that the search direction follows the fastest descent direction, which the precise recovery of sparse signal can be obtained. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is superior to several algorithms in the reconstruction performance.
