Abstract

The mesh warp knitted spacer fabric was used as the reinforcement, and the silicone rubber containing two components was filled into the space of the fabric to make composites with different filling rates. The composites were compressed 3000 times under different compression rates. Then, the curves showing the load and displacement were given. The performance of the composites were compared and analyzed according to the curves and diagrams. The results show that the warp knitted spacer fabric has good compression performance, good anti-fatigue performance and poor load capacity. However, the load bearing ability of the material is obviously increased. The material has less deformation and better elasticity after adding silicone rubber.
