Abstract

The most important and powerful idea in control system is the Feedback, particularly the proportional plus integral plus derivative (PID) Feedback, accurate and useful in all types of control systems. We will analysis the role of PID feedback which is considered as the leading controller of all control loops. More than 90% control systems use PID as a controller feedback and the proper use of PID needs skills, better knowledge and controlling techniques. Therefore, in this study we will qualitatively analysis PID for applications, i.e. speed controlling of DC motor, power system stability., improvement performance of AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) system., time delay process., load frequency problem, controlling of DC drives, stability of systematic process and PID advances in industrial control etc.
