Abstract
This work is devoted to predict magnetisation by temperature from ferromagnetic saturation to paramagnetic saturation via one function. A physical model was derived through the Fermi–Dirac distribution. Simulations have allowed us to calculate the magnetisation very accurately because the minimum correlation coefficient between the experimental and calculated data is 0·996, and the average relative errors between the measured and modelled values do not exceed 9·19%. Numerical simulations have been performed to investigate the influence of magnetic induction on the functions, which correct the link of the magnetisation of ferromagnetic materials to temperature; consequently, the magnetisation can be predicted by both magnetic induction and temperature using only one function. To my knowledge, the effects of the temperature and magnetic induction on the magnetisation of ferromagnetic materials are successfully explained for the first time from the start point of saturation at low temperature to the end point of saturation at high temperature.
