Hussain is professor of computer sciences professor of business administration at New Mexico State University. In 1975-1976 he is on leave to carry out research, teaching, and consulting with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris, France. Hussain was one of the primary authors of the RRPM 1.3 Model of the National Center for Higher Education Management Systems and has worked closely with the development of the other models discussed in his paper.
