Abstract
This case report explores gingival epulis, a rare gingival overgrowth, in a 19-year-old male patient (Record No: 26936-23). Gingival diseases often manifest as enlargements with varied appearances, complicating diagnosis. The report highlights the importance of differential diagnosis based on factors like location, size, and etiopathogenesis, emphasizing the role of extensive investigation in confirming diagnoses. Gingival epulis, typically a painless, pedunculated swelling often caused by irritants like dental plaque or trauma, is detailed. This case is unique due to the patient's history of dust allergies, adding complexity to the diagnosis and treatment approach.
