Abstract

Study of the floating rule of technological innovation talents has become a hot issue nowadays because those talents play a key role in most enterprises. Based on the random model in the paper, we give a comprehensive evaluation and forecast for the flow of technological innovation talents. In the meantime we offer a reliable calculation model for the management of technological innovation talents in enterprise human resource management.
