Abstract

Aiming at the uncertainty in the process of comprehensive power quality evaluation, a comprehensive power quality evaluation method based on GI-ISD and GC-TOPSIS is proposed. Firstly, the power quality evaluation index is selected. Secondly, Gl method is used to determine the subjective weight. Thirdly, ISD method is used to determine the objective weight. Then, the ‘‘addition integration method’’ is used to combine the subjective and objective weight results. Finally, a new proximity index is constructed by combining the grey correlation theory with TOPSIS method, according to which the power quality of each monitoring point is ranked and its power quality level is determined. The example shows that this method can subdivide the power quality of the object to be evaluated at the same level and make the evaluation result more accurate.
