Abstract

Aiming at the uncertainty in the process of comprehensive evaluation of power quality, a power quality evaluation method based on IFAHP-CRITIC and TOPSIS method is proposed. Firstly, the power quality evaluation index is selected, and the subjective weight is determined by Intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (IFAHP). Secondly, the objective weight is determined by the Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation (CRITIC); then, in order to avoid using only IFAHP to make too many subjective factors and using only CRITIC to make the evaluation results lack of subjective factors, a subjective and objective combination weighting model using the least squares method is constructed, and the optimal combination weight method using the artificial bee colony algorithm is proposed. Finally, the relative closeness between each monitoring point and the ideal solution is solved by using Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), so as to sort the power quality monitoring points and evaluate their power quality levels is determined. The example results show the effectiveness and correctness of the evaluation method.
