Abstract

To improve the consistency between the evaluation results and the actual situation of the comprehensive energy system in the low-carbon park, the improved entropy weight algorithm is introduced to carry out the design and research of the evaluation method. Based on the principles of quantifiability, scientificity and systematicness and combined with the actual situation of system operation and the development needs of low-carbon parks, the evaluation index system of the comprehensive energy system in low-carbon parks is constructed. According to the process of primary evaluation, multi-level evaluation and comprehensive evaluation value calculation, the comprehensive energy system grade evaluation is completed. The comparative experiment proves that the evaluation results of the new evaluation method are basically consistent with the radar chart of the actual situation of the system, which shows that the evaluation results are more realistic.
