Abstract

The energy efficiency evaluation process of the model is divided into three levels: the first level establishes four energy efficiency evaluation dimensions based on qualitative distribution, the second level determines the comprehensive weight based on entropy weight method(EWM) and analytic hierarchy process(AHP), the third level uses the energy efficiency evaluation scores of each region to analyze the current weakness of energy efficiency of each region and provide a basis for future planning. The model combines the data required for subjective and objective evaluation and overcomes the limitation of traditional single weight method. Through the empirical study on the power grid of several cities in a province, it is verified that the evaluation model has strong application value.
