Abstract

For researching the feasibility of electric heating participation in electricity market operation, a comprehensive benefit evaluation index system is constructed in this paper. The key evaluation indexes are extracted by principal component analysis, assigned with entropy-order relationship method. Finally, the comprehensive benefits of electric heating before and after participation in the electricity market are evaluated by using TOPSIS method, and are put forward reasonable suggestions. The analysis results show that the comprehensive benefits are greater after the joint operation of wind power and electric heating, which is effective and feasible because it is conducive to peak shaving, valley filling, wind abandonment and environmental pollution reduction. Meanwhile, the proposed comprehensive benefit evaluation index system provides a theoretical basis for the analysis of the joint operation optimization model.
