Abstract

Personnel assessment is the most important factor contributing to the motivation of personnel, on the one hand, and on the other hand, allowing to correctly set remuneration and determine both the quantitative and qualitative composition of the company’s personnel. The article is devoted to the study of the problem of a comprehensive assessment of the organization’s personnel.
