Abstract
In this paper, based on the subjective evaluation results of 50 noise samples from different forklifts using the rank score comparison (RSC), a subjective fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of forklift sound quality was presented. With partly reference to the radiated noise test standard, five measuring points and two steady-state working conditions of idle speed and rated speed were determined, and a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system and corresponding judgment matrices were established. After using multi-fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (MF-AHP) to calculate the weights of two level evaluation indexes and satisfying the consistency test conditions, a comprehensive annoyance evaluation model was established to quantify the comprehensive sound quality of different forklifts, and its accuracy was verified through the overall subjective evaluation and sequencing. In addition, the established model was applied to compare the improvement effect of the targeted forklift, and the calculation results indicate that the overall acoustic comfort has increased by 10.8%.
