Abstract
Dielectric response has been investigated in Zr-rich ceramics PbZr 1 m x Ti x O 3 (PZT) doped with Nb 2 O 5 (1 % wt), in the temperature range corresponding to the F RL -F RH phase transition. The composition of the samples varied from x=0.025 to 0.05, in 0.005 intervals. The thermal hysteresis has been measured as the Zr/Ti ratio changes. The a.c field amplitude dependence has been also studied. The observed behavior will be discussed taking into account the structure of the ferroelectric ceramics.
