Abstract

A composite grating structure composed of two-dimension SiC grating and multilayer films substrate is proposed. Surface phonon polariton is excited by the SiC grating to yield a absorption peaks at 10.6 μm. Ag and ZnS are selected to design multilayer films which have high absorption at 1.06 μm and high transmission for visible light. Meanwhile, the films has high spectral reflectance in the near, middle and far infrared band. By optimizing, the composite grating can satisfy the laser and infrared compatible stealth while achieving high visible transmittance.
