Introduction

Maxillectomy is the treatment of choice for management of malignant tumors of the maxilla. The present report describes cases in which successful correction of moderate to severe lower lid ectropion (occurring after subtotal maxillectomy) was performed using an auricular chondrocutaneous graft.
