Abstract

Background: The proximal femur is one of the most common locations for pathologic fractures in children, yet there is little information in the literature regarding this injury. The purpose of this study was to investigate the outcomes of pediatric pathologic proximal femur fractures. Methods: Retrospective review of all patients with proximal femur fractures between January 2004 and October 2018 was conducted.
