Abstract
The paranasal sinuses were once thought to be a forbidding location for surgery due to significant operative risks. The advent of endoscopic sinus surgery has resulted in a surge in sinus surgical procedures. Nevertheless, the procedure may still carry sizable risk. This presentation is a review of the complications, as well as their prevention, recognition, and management. Both minor and major complications are detailed.
