Abstract
Summary We report here an unusual case of venomous snakebite. Local vascular complications were successfully treated with streptokinase. This form of therapy has been widely used in most thrombo-embolic conditions (Sherry, 1971) but we have found no record of its use in vascular impairment following venomous reptile bites.
