Abstract

The article discusses the content components of a complex technology, implemented in the formation of a health-preserving position among students of medical universities, the concept of health preservation is presented. The aim of the research is to develop a structural model of the methodology for teaching health-preserving technologies. The following methods were used in the work: analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization, comparison, modeling. Particular attention is paid to the author's interpretation of the definition of the concepts of "integrated technology" and "health-preserving position". An important side of understanding the health-preserving position of students is the need to be aware of their behavior, in the reflection of their own activities, which is the most important task in the education system. For the purposes of the study, the ideas presented by G.P. Shchedrovitsky, who considers reflection as a form of thought activity based on the systemic-thought-activity approach [Shchedrovitsky 2005]. The study used technology, taking into account the physiological and personal characteristics of students; system-activity, anthropological, axiological, contextual and competence-based approaches. The article describes a pedagogical model of the formation of a health-preserving position of students of a medical university, which includes four interrelated blocks: methodological, substantive, procedural and diagnostic. The basic pedagogical conditions aimed at the formation of a cognitive personality in the process of mastering future professional activities are presented. We have identified three levels of formation of the health-preserving position of students: reproductive, productive, creative. In the course of the research, we came to the conclusion that the integrated technology is an open self-organizing system complex, contributing to the effective formation of the health-preserving position of students, which is an integral learning system that combines theoretical and practical aspects with the use of various forms and methods. The stages of the formation of the student's health-preserving position were determined.
