Abstract
ABSTRACTWe report the complete and circularized genome sequences of 17 strains of Xanthomonas citri pv. fuscans and Xanthomonas phaseoli pv. phaseoli, which cause common bacterial blight of bean. These new assemblies combining PacBio and short-read sequencing methods provide high-quality material for studying the evolution of these plant pathogens.
