Abstract

This article talks about the normative basis of the rights of citizens in relation to appeals, the complaints that the parties may make about procedural actions and decisions in court proceedings, including criminal proceedings, and its legal basis. Also, the opinions and views of experts in the field regarding the right of interested parties to appeal against proceduralactions and decisions in various court instances and the interpretation of this right are analyzed.
