Abstract
O presente ensaio tem por objetivo examinar a validade do Decreto Executivo Estadual nº 29.583, de 1 de abril de 2020, que consolida as medidas de saúde para o enfrentamento do novo coronavírus (COVID-19) no âmbito do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte e dá outras providências, tendo-se em vista os princípios do Direito Administrativo, as liberdades econômica, religiosa e de reunião, o princípio federativo e a autonomia municipal, no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro em vigor.
