Abstract

Competitiveness is one of major indicators of entrepreneurial activity, which shows prospects of further development and feasibility to reach strategic goals and objectives. The article studies factors affecting competitiveness of business projects functioning in the service sphere. They are as follows: quality of services, unique nature of services, price offer, skilled workers, level of customer services, availability of advanced technologies, accessibility of services, possibility of rendering extra services, access to financing, partner relations, optimization of processes, digitalization, quality of business project management, risk management. The author researches their impact on services rendered in digital and off-line format. The model put forward in the article can be used by entrepreneurs to develop steps aimed at raising competitiveness of business.
