Abstract
We study non-negative solutions of the elliptic inequalities∑i,j=1naij(x)∂2u∂xi∂xj+∑i=1nbi(x)∂u∂xi⩾F(x,u)inΩ,where Ω≠0 is an open subset of Rn,n⩾2, and F:Ω×[0,∞)→[0,∞) is some function. In particular, the influence of the geometric properties of Ω in the behavior of solutions is investigated.
