Abstract

The drainage plate bending and membrane clogging often appear on vacuum preloading consolidation of dredger fill foundation. In practical, water performance and clogging application exist in plastic drainage plate. The contrast experiments of single well model carry out for three different type vertical drainage in this paper. For single drainage plate as the object, drainage seepage condition of the actual the vacuum preloading simulate in the model barrel. The strength of soil and the bending of drainage plate before and after reinforcement are compared to determine vertical drains of vacuum preloading on dredger fill foundation.
