Abstract

Using two-dimensional electrophoresis of denatured proteins, we compared near-isogenic lines of three mutants that modify leaf development in pea (Pisum sativum). The homeotic mutant afila (af) results in the replacement of leaflets with tendrils, and the tendril-less mutant (tl) replaces tendrils with leaflets. The stipule (st) mutant reduces stipule size. About 686 protein spots were resolved
