Abstract

Objective To investigate the relationship and clinical application of time resolved luoro-immunoassay;time-resolved fluoroimmunoassay (TRFIA) and enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) in detecting the five serological markers of hepatitis B.Methods The serological markers of hepatitis B of 102 stochastic serum samples were qualitatively and quantitatively measured respectively by TRFIA and ELISA.Result The result in TRFIA shows more patterns and positive samples than ELISA.Conclusions The result of TRFIA is more sensitive and specific than ELISA,the pattern of result more accord with the real situation of the patients. And the TRFIA can be quantitative, reagents of which can be stable without radioactivity pollution, including more value of clinical applications. Key words: Markers of hepatitis B; Qualitative detection; Quantitative detection; Comparison
