Abstract
Objective: In this study, it is aimed to reveal diversity of views between health staff due to the evaluations regarding Health Transformation Program and to compare the demographic characteristics with these views. Materials and Methods: The survey was applied to 335 Health staff working in four public hospitals in Ankara, in five-point Likert-type, with the stratified proportional sampling method. Contributions levels of the staff to the expressions for SDP was studied within 6 factors including health service delivery, infrastructure, management, quantitative indicators, staff and general assessments. Frequency analysis, factor analysis and one-way analysis of variance were used for the analysis of the data. Results :The ones attended to the survey are 34% doctors, 34.6% of nurses,. 16.7% of health officers and 14,6% other health personel. Araştırmanın evrenini; Ankara ilinde dört kamu hastanesinde çalışansağlık personelioluşturmaktadır. örneklem ise;Ankara ilindeki 4kamu hastanesinde çalışandoktor, hemşire, sağlık memuru ve diğer sağlık personelinden seçilmiştir. Örneklem ise;Ankara ilindeki 4kamu hastanesinde çalışandoktor, hemşire, sağlık memuru ve diğer sağlık personelinden seçilmiştir. Örnekleme alınması gereken sağlık personeli sayısı 335 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenilirlik analizi sonucuna göre Cronbach Alpha değeri 0,71 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde istatistik paket programlarından PASW (Predictive Analytics SoftWare) Statistics 18 kullanılmış ve demografik özellikler ile katılımcıların ölçek faktörlerine verdiği cevaplar arasında farklılık olup olmadığını tespit etmek amacıyla Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (ANOVA) yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan personelin demografik özellikleri Tablo 1’de gösterilmiştir.
