Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasound elastography and mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer of different sizes. Methods 98 patients of suspected breast cancer were selected from May 2016 to December 2017 in Qingdao Eighth People′s Hospital. All patients were examined by ultrasonic elastography and molybdenum target X ray.According to the pathological diagnosis, compared the sensitivity, specificity, missed diagnosis rate and diagnostic sensitivity of ultrasonic elastography and molybdenum target X ray. Results The sensitivity(90.9%) and specificity(70.0%) of ultrasonic elastography were significantly higher than those of molybdenum target X-ray examination(64.8% and 20.0%), there was significant difference(P<0.05). The rate of missed diagnosis(9.1%) and misdiagnosis(30.0%) of ultrasonic elastography was significantly lower than those of molybdenum target X-ray(35.2%、80.0%), there was significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound elastography for breast cancer patients is significantly higher than those of molybdenum target X ray.The combination of the two methods can improve the coincidence rate of clinical diagnosis, reduce misdiagnosis and improve the quality of life of the patients.
