Similarly, the bacterial strains tested were most sensitive to fruit peels than especially against Staphylococcus aureus with inhibition zones (DIZ), minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) values of 15.22±2.14 mm, 4.68 mg/mL and 37.5 mg/mL respectively.
