Abstract

To design a full adder device using Hybrid Logic style and XOR-XNOR cell based module plays a vital role in the modern semiconductor industry. The critical microelectronic circuit parameters such as power, delay, Power Delay Product (PDP) and driving capability based on the hybrid logic full adder circuit is mostly dependent on the performance of XOR-XNOR logic cell. This article explores the comparative study of D.Radhakrishnan, Chang et al, Valashani-Mizrakuchaki, Naseri-Timarchi and Jyoti-Abhishek projected XOR-XNOR cells, which are used in hybrid logic style, based full adder circuits. The different input combination versus outputs for various charging and discharging paths of the different XOR-XNOR cells are tabulated. The projected logic digital circuits are executed with supply voltage 1.8 V. The digital design parameter such as power, delay, output referred noise and PDP are calculated to validate the various XOR-XNOR circuits used in hybrid logic based full adder.
