Abstract
The article presents the results of comparative studies on some tests determined using reagent kits for chemiluminescent analysis on the immunochemical analyzer ImmuF6 «MedCaptain» (PRC). Comparison of the results of blood tests of patients was carried out in parallel on the analyzer under study and on modern foreign automatic analyzers manufactured by companies considered world leaders in the development and production of reagents and analytical devices. The analysis was carried out on six tests: C-reactive protein, interleukin-6, creatine kinase MB isoenzyme, myoglobin, D-dimer,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide in the field of reference and pathological values of the analyte. Statistical analysis showed a high degree of correlation of the results of the compared tests: C-reactive protein, interleukin 6, myoglobin, D-dimer, creatine kinase MB isoenzyme with the exception of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide. This device can be recommended for use in clinical diagnostic laboratories, and, taking into account the established test sets, its use in urgent diagnostics units may be the most relevant.
