Abstract

this paper presents a comparison between Proportional Integral (PI) and Proportional Resonant (PR) current controllers used in Single-phase Grid Connected Photovoltaic (PV) Inverters.The reference tracking with steady-state errors is enhanced with the second solution.The simulation results of the system shows that the PR controller with modified compensator has a good transient response compared to the conventional PI controller
