Travel Agents A travel agent is a retail business agent that sells travel related products and services to customers on behalf of suppliers, railways and may include sight seeing tours and package holidays that combine several products. The agents work on commission basis. They are paid commissions on the products handled. An agent shall not buy the products unless there is a specific customer request.
