Abstract
With the gradual development of network information technology, a new media environment has emerged, providing a broader way to promote the spread of social information and culture. English is one of the most widely used languages in the world. By relying on English communication channels to spread English culture to the world, it can realize the exchange of world culture. The purpose of this article is to conduct research on the communication of English culture and English teaching in a new media environment. Here, according to the characteristics of English language, this paper adopts the data mining technology frequently used in new media technology to dig out useful information. It also simulates the propagation path of English. The spread of English radiates from the center to the surrounding like a spider web. And use FP tree for processing. At the same time, the new media technology in this article uses many of the most popular algorithms at the moment, applying graph theory and ID3 algorithm, and uses post-pruning technology to implement the pruning of the classification decision tree, generate classification rules, and complete the spread of digital media technology in English culture. The construction of the classification decision tree model of teaching discussion simulates the simulated data we show, so that new media technology can be better used and developed under the communication of English culture and teaching discussion. In addition, this paper also uses data mining technology and data fusion technology to strengthen the study of the methods and meanings of English cultural communication. The results of the experiment show that over 90% of the students who conducted interviews and questionnaire surveys on the experimental students believe that the influence of the new media network language on the development of Chinese language and literature has a positive significance.
