COMMUNICATION AS THE BASIS FOR SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION OF PARTNERSHIPS IN PEDAGOGICAL ACTIVITY IN THE MINDS OF DISTANCE LEARNING

Abstract

Abstract: The article is devoted to the analysis of the communication process as the basis for the successful implementation of partnership interaction in pedagogical activity in the conditions of distance learning. The theoretical aspects of the communication process were analyzed, which included: understanding the role of participants in the communication process, means of communication (language, non-verbal, written), psychological features of communication in education. The specifics of partnership interaction in the educational process in the conditions of distance learning have been studied. The main structural components of partnership interaction are defined: participants, goal, resources, strategy, communication, interaction and cooperation, assessment. The directions by which communication ensures the success of partner interaction are identified, among them: formation and maintenance of trust relations, coordination of actions, conflict resolution, development of metacognitive skills, support of motivation and interaction.
