Abstract

Abstract The goal of training at the Centro per lo Studio della Famiglia (CSF), according to Bianciardi and Galliano, is to teach the therapist to “suspend” his or her individual personality, to “place it in parenthesis,” as it were, in the therapeutic context. This thesis is in contrast with the results of research I conducted over a period of several years in collaboration with Professor Leonardi, a linguist, and under the guidance of Professor Mara Selvini Palazzoli.
