Abstract
Induction crucible-type evaporator with mechanical collimators and modulators of atom Flows is suggested to use for creation of periodical nanostructures by atom focusing with a lens array and using of a standing laser wave. The optimal designs of mechanical modulators and collimators are offered, also, variants of its applications for sorting of different types of atoms are considered.
