Abstract
A new technique of ultra-thin-CDW film formation by using low-energy ion-beam irradiation is presented. The UT-CDW film shows a collective sliding motion as if no weak pinning centers exist. The threshold E th which was depending on temperature, changes into constant in a wide temperature range.
