Abstract

A 55-year-old white woman diagnosed with Marfan's syndrome presented with a palatal lesions that was biopsied and diagnosed, after histologic study, as collagenous fibroma. We present the case report. The oral cavity is a rare location of these lesions, with only two published cases, one in the palate and another in the parotid. This is the first report of collagenous fibroma in the oral cavity associated with Marfan's syndrome.
