Abstract

In these days of the Fairness Doctrine and programming by committee, there is a nostalgia in recalling the day when the “radio talk” was an accepted feature. Dr. William D. Brooks has served on the faculties of McPherson College and Ohio University. He is presently Assistant Professor of Speech at the University of Kansas.
