Abstract

This study examined weight control motivation among obese and overweight men who sought weight loss treatment with training schedule. Several measurement assessed the frequency of cognitive and physical performance related to weight control and resentment and doubt in continue the weight lose program. Omega-3 Polyunsaturated fatty acids supplementation was associated with a progress of physiological activities in gym, particularly those involving multifarious control programs. These findings are discussed in terms of the influence of Omega-3 on the central nervous system to control depression. There were significant differences (p < 0.05) in the Omega-3 supplementation intake compared with placebo treatment as a control.
