Abstract

The paper deals with special aspects of management and effective functioning of the mechanism of partnership of business entities with public authorities. It has been substantiated that at the current stage of development of economic and social relations, the goal of their regulation which is common for business entities and public authorities consists in the fixation of the limits of government (municipal) intervention in entrepreneurial activities, as well as priorities of participation of the state in certain market segments. It has been proved that the interaction between business entities and public authorities makes provision for mutual interest. The formation of such a stable and reliable partnership ensures, among other things, the integrity of the economic space and the improvement of the business climate. It has been suggested that the cognitive approach can be used as a tool for the study of partnership of business entities with public authorities and modeling of the mechanism. Based on the research findings, the authors have put forward their guidelines for achieving the target values of development of the mechanism of partnership of business entities with public authorities in the Russian Federation.
